Our Firm are formed by attorneys of first level, bilingual, all of them leaded by Amado Diaz Perez, Managing Partner of the Law Firm with 30 years of experience in Labor Law, from which 7 years he was an Associate of another recognized Labor Law Firm, and 18 as Managing Partner of the Labor Area of an important and prestigious Law Firm in Monterrey, with an extensive experience in labor corporative, preventive and corrective consulting, litigation and specially in important lawsuits, because of their complexity or claims for national and transnational companies.

Amado Díaz Perez got Law and Masters Degree in Labor Law at Law School of University of Nuevo Leon (UANL); has been a Masters Degree Professor in Labor Law at School of Graduates in Administration and Public Policies in Institute of Technologic and Superior Studies of Monterrey (ITESM) and Masters Degree Assistant Professor in Labor Relations at School of Graduates in Administration and Industrial Engineering in University of Nuevo Leon (UANL); he has participated in the Labor Mision of the State of Nuevo Leon in China, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, India, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan; he was Member during 10 years of the Labor Committee of Employers Confederation of Mexican Republic in Nuevo Leon (COPARMEX); he is Member of Industrial Relations Executives (ERIAC), of Mexican Bar of Attorneys in Nuevo Leon (BMANL), and American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM); he was Coordinator of the Labor Law Committee of Mexican Bar of Attorneys in Nuevo Leon (BMANL); and he has attended and giving lectures about Labor Law in the Labor Law and Social Prevision Mexican Academy, the National Association of Employer’s Attorneys in Nuevo Leon (ANADE), the Mexican Bar of Attorneys in Nuevo Leon (BMANL), the Industrial Relations Executives (ERIAC), the Manufacturing Industry Chamber in Nuevo Leon (CAINTRA) and the Exporter Industry Association of Nuevo Leon (INDEX NUEVO LEON).
